Sam Wise
By day (at least for 4 days of the week), I am an organisational development consultant. I work with businesses in the public and private sector, helping them to identify what they want to achieve, and what needs to be different about their business, particularly in the area of the skills, behaviours and attitudes of their people, in order to achieve it. I then work with them through workshops, coaching, 360 feedback, project groups and other means to achieve the changes in attitude and behaviour that are needed.
By night, early morning, weekends and all manner of other times of day, I'm a freelance writer. I've been a musician all my life, and am fortunate enough to contribute regularly to guitar magazines Acoustic and Guitar Buyer. I also write business blogs and white papers for companies in many sectors, and have ghost written a business book for an online entrepreneur.
Whilst I'm very busy as a rule, I also have a wide range of interests, and I'm always interested in challenging new writing assignments.
